Event Staff – Stage Setup & Teardown

Position: Event Staff
Pay: $18.00/hour

Date: August 18th 2026
Shift Times:

• Setup: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Teardown: 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM
  Applicants must be available to work both shifts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with setting up the event stage and equipment.
• Load, unload, and move staging materials and event equipment.
• Help with stage teardown and cleanup after the event.
• Follow directions from the event coordinator and production team.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Perform other general event setup and breakdown tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are required.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• Previous event or stage setup experience is a plus but not required.
