Pay Rate: $20.00–$22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Are you an experienced Material Handler looking for a stable opportunity with long-term potential? We are hiring Material Handlers to support operations at a leading aerospace manufacturing company in Ronkonkoma, NY.

This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse or manufacturing material-handling experience who is comfortable working with computers, handling materials, and supporting accurate inventory and receiving operations. This temp-to-hire position offers competitive pay and the opportunity to build a long-term career in the aerospace industry.

• Pick and move materials throughout the manufacturing and warehouse areas.

• Support receiving operations, including verifying and organizing incoming materials.

• Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain accurate material records.

• Enter and update material and inventory information using computer systems.

• Organize materials and ensure items are stored in the appropriate locations.

• Support production teams by ensuring materials are available when needed.

• Maintain accurate inventory and material documentation.

• Follow established quality, safety, and security procedures.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

• Work closely with warehouse, manufacturing, and other support teams to keep operations running efficiently.

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing material-handling or warehouse environment preferred.

• Previous experience with material picking and receiving.

• Comfortable using computers for inventory, data entry, and daily work activities.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently while also being an effective team member.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Previous aerospace manufacturing experience.

• Experience with Microsoft Excel.

• Experience working with manufacturing inventory or material-control systems.

• Familiarity with cycle counting and inventory accuracy processes

• Forklift Experience
