Customer Service Representative (Contract to Hire or Direct Hire | Fully Onsite)

Position Summary

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our client on a Contract to Hire or Direct-Hire basis. This fully onsite role is ideal for someone who has prior experience providing customer service and order entry functions in a manufacturing environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Contract to Hire or Direct Hire
• Hours: Monday ??? Friday, 8AM-5PM
• Pay Rate: $25/hour
• Work Environment: Fully onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Providing customer service via phone or email
• Performing customer order entry into ERP system
• Communicating with vendors for customer pricing quotes
• Liaising between warehouse, third party vendors, sales team, and customers
• Providing one call resolution for any customer concerns or inquiries
• Addressing customer concerns, related to product or shipment discrepancies
• Processing customer returns or exchanges as needed, assisting in filing claims for shortages or damages

Qualifications include

• 2-3 or more years of experience in customer service/order entry
• Experience providing customer service in a manufacturing/production environment required
• Prior use of ERP/MRP systems; strong Excel skills
• Strong follow up skills, strong sense of urgency
• High energy individual, goal-oriented and takes ownership of order entry process

Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
