Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to safely and accurately administer radiation treatments under the direction of a Radiation Oncologist. This role involves patient treatment, radiation simulations, and supporting the implementation of new treatment techniques and equipment.
Location: Salina, KS
Pay: $33–$49/hour | $69K–$103K/year
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 with 2-year commitment
Relocation: Up to $5,000
Key Responsibilities
- Administer precise radiation treatments while following ALARA safety principles.
- Perform radiation therapy simulations and treatment procedures.
- Monitor patient positioning, safety, and treatment response.
- Work closely with the radiation oncology team.
- Support new treatment techniques and equipment as needed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiation Therapy Technology program.
- Strong attention to detail and patient safety.
- Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary oncology team.
