Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) - Day Shift

we are seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) to provide independent respiratory care across hospital and critical care settings. The therapist will assess patient needs, provide prescribed treatments, monitor responses, and collaborate with the healthcare team.

Location: Salina, KS
Pay: $28+/hour, based on education & experience

Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM | 12-hour shifts
Relocation: Up to $5,000 availabl

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients and interpret physician orders.
• Provide respiratory treatments and procedures, including invasive procedures as appropriate.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care as needed.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff.
• Provide respiratory care support in critical care and other hospital units.

Requirements

• RRT or CRT credential
• Appropriate respiratory therapy education and credentials.
• Ability to work independently in an acute-care hospital environment.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
