What You'll Do

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to applicants and local businesses
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their staffing needs
• Follow up consistently and close new business opportunities
• Support applicants through the hiring process with clear communication
• Manage a busy office environment and stay organized during peak activity
• Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
