Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school-based team in Morton, Pennsylvania. We partner with school districts nationwide to connect exceptional education professionals with meaningful opportunities where they can make a lasting impact on students.

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled SLP to provide evaluation, therapy, consultation, and communication support to students while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Job Duties

  • Evaluate students to identify speech and language needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy
  • Complete assessments and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
  • Implement evidence-based interventions
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment strategies
  • Recommend appropriate classroom accommodations
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Pennsylvania SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Appropriate Pennsylvania Department of Education certification/credential for school-based practice
  • Current ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; eligible Clinical Fellows may be considered
  • Completion of required supervised clinical experience
  • Knowledge of IDEA and school-based service delivery
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Successful completion of required background screening and district onboarding requirements
