BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and highly organized Property Manager to support an apartment community in Denver, CO 80218 This role is ideal for a confident leader who excels in operations, resident relations, and team management.

• NEEDS TO HAVE LITHC EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily property operations and onsite staff
• Manage leasing, renewals, rent collection, and resident relations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and community standards
• Prepare financial reports, monitor budgets, and manage vendor relationships
• Maintain accurate resident files and property documentation
• Support marketing efforts and occupancy goals
• Address resident concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Ensure the community remains clean, safe, and well‑maintained

Requirements

• Previous Property Manager experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage operations, staff, and resident needs effectively
• Knowledge of property management software preferred
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
• Professional demeanor and strong problem‑solving abilities
