Job Requirements:
• 7+ years working for a General Contractor (ideally 7-15 years) .
• 5+ years managing healthcare or healthcare-adjacent construction projects.
• Local to one of the below cities OR willingness to travel OR relocate.

Day to Day:
• Manage healthcare construction projects from start to finish
• Walk projects with Superintendents and field teams • Lead owner/client meetings and provide project updates
• Oversee schedules, budgets, and project documentation
• Manage change orders and project reporting
• Problem solve issues impacting schedule, budget, or project execution
One of the largest general contractor is seeking a traveling Project Manager to join their healthcare division. This candidate will short-term relocate to different parts of the country (mostly East of the Mississippi) to help run healthcare construction projects. These projects range from base-builds of new hospitals to renovations of medical office spaces. The day to day responsibilities will include walking the project site with the superintendent for project updates, attending client meetings to provide key updates to the client and sr. leadership, and problem solving to keep the project as on schedule and on budget as possible, and submitting the necessary change orders/administrative changes to keep the documentation accurate.
Location: Washington DC; Richmond, VA; Norfolk, VA; Raleigh, NC; Atlanta, GA; Houston, TX; or Dallas, TX.
Compensation: $120,000-$180,000+ (negotiable based on experience).
