Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Full-Time Permanent Placement

Location: Mendham, NJ
Salary: $35.34 – $38.83 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Direct Hire

Schedule & Hours:

• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Day Shift)
• Days: Monday – Friday
• Rotation: Every other weekend required

Role Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist for a permanent role within a 124-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). This facility provides both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, requiring a clinician who is comfortable managing a diverse patient population with varying respiratory needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality respiratory therapy to residents in both short-term and long-term care settings.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility standards.

Qualifications:

• Credentials: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification is required.
• Experience: Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or sub-acute setting is preferred.
• Licensure: Must hold a valid New Jersey Respiratory Care License.
• Note: This position is for experienced clinicians only; we are unable to accept new graduates at this time.
