Associate Attorney

Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our elder law firm. The ideal candidate is positive, resilient, and confident, with a strong understanding that the legal profession is a service-oriented business. This individual will be committed to providing exceptional client service while working collaboratively with colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Connecticut

• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively

• Positive, resilient, and solution-oriented approach to challenges

• Commitment to keeping clients and team members informed throughout the legal process

• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide timely updates to clients

• Ability to conduct legal research and analyze client matters

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Understanding of law office operations, systems, and procedures

• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously while meeting deadlines

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and client service

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Connecticut

• Knowledge of Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning law preferred

• This position is based in Glastonbury, Connecticut
