Job Description
We are seeking a Clinical Dietitian to provide medical nutrition therapy to patients in an acute care hospital setting. The role includes patient and family education and collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Location: Abilene, KS
Pay: $30–$45/hour | $62K–$93K/year
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Day Shift
Relocation: Up to $5,000 available
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized medical nutrition therapy.
- Assess patients' nutritional needs and develop appropriate care plans.
- Educate patients, families, and hospital staff on nutrition and wellness.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Document nutrition assessments and patient progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics
- Registered Dietitian (RD) credential through CDR
- Master’s degree preferred for candidates completing coursework after January 1, 2024.
