Companion Care Needed

We need a hands-on care provider for my mother who is in her 80s. She is on in-home hospice care for medical needs, but requires mobility assistance (transitioning between bed, chair, toilet), meal preparation, and a general set of eyes as she is a fall risk. Her daily routine includes watching TV in the kitchen or bedroom chair, and taking an afternoon nap. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping, keeping up with her areas. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and must be comfortable with cats.
