Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I am looking for a great nanny for 2 children in Dayton. She wont have to do too much because my kids will be in school for the most of the day. They will need help with homework, so someone who has a degree in education would be great. If not, at least someone who is knowledgeable about elementary/ middle school work. They may be going to afterschool tutoring but thats not determined yet. They will have afterschool activities once school really gets going. I just need someone I can fully trust and will care for my kids just as I would. I need someone with reliable transportation. My husband is in the military, so he has a hectic schedule. My son is 12 and my daughter is 7.
