• Shift: 12-hour Nights (3x12s)

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks

Role & Clinical Scope\n

\n
• Practice Model: Functions as an Acute Team RN providing inpatient care while floating dynamically to the Emergency Room whenever ER coverage or surge support is required.
\n
• Versatility Needed: Must be able to seamlessly pivot between general acute medical care and emergency triage/resuscitation in a rural hospital setting.
\n

Requirements & Licensure\n

\n
• Licensure: Active Kansas (KS) or multi-state Compact RN license required.
\n
• Certifications: Full ER suite (AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC, TNCC).
\n

 🚨 CRITICAL Experience & Certification Requirements\n

\n
• Work History Stability (Strict): Candidate must meet one of the following experience benchmarks:\n
  \n
  • Minimum 2 years of staff experience at a single facility OR
  \n
  • Minimum 3 years of consistent travel experience if they have been a career traveler.
  \n
\n
• ER Certifications Required: Must be fully certified across all standard ER credentials at submission:\n
  \n
  • AHA BLS
  \n
  • AHA ACLS
  \n
  • AHA PALS (or ENPC)
  \n
  • TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
  \n
\n
• Leadership Background: Prior Charge Nurse experience is strongly preferred / ideal.
