Requirements:

\n

\n
• Minimum 2 years of experience
\n
• BLS required
\n
• CST certification highly preferred
\n
• Travel experience preferred, but not required for highly experienced techs
\n
• Epic experience preferred
\n
• Valid CA license required
\n
• Minimum 6 weekend shifts per schedule period
\n

\n

Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Support surgical procedures including C-sections, vaginal deliveries, hysterectomies, D&C, cerclage, salpingectomy, and emergency procedures
\n
• Maintain aseptic technique and surgical safety
\n
• Prepare instruments, case carts, sets/trays, and surgical equipment
\n
• Follow decontamination and sterilization procedures
\n
• Support emergency and hemorrhage cases
\n

• Daily census: 11
\n
• Patient population includes neonates and adults
\n
• Epic charting
\n
• Support from IV Team, Respiratory, Radiology, Phlebotomy, Social Services, and Rapid Response
