Maintenance technician

Connect Talent Solutions currently has an immediate need for a Plant Engineer. The Plant Engineer will be responsible for the preventative maintenance, repairing and continual operation of all Central Laundry Facility equipment that serves the Hampton Roads area. The Plant Engineer will assist with board level troubleshooting and adjusting of commercial grade high volume laundry equipment as necessary to ensure the quality of the finished products. Responsible for closely monitoring the equipment throughout the production process to ensure operational down-time is minimized. This position requires extensive troubleshooting and repairing printed circuit boards (PCB's) and the ability to do so without schematics. 

Job Qualifications:

Minimun 3 years of management and supervisor experience.

Minimum 3 years of board level troubleshooting commercial grade equipment maintenance experience or military mission critical systems with a special emphasis on preventative maintenance.

Educational requirements:

High School Diploma

At least one completed Navy "C" School 

Undergraduate degree in electrical, computer or mechanical engineering
