This contract, onsite role is ideal for someone dependable who takes pride in solid, hands-on work.Key responsibilities:- Complete apartment and common-area repairs from written work orders- Troubleshoot basic home issues and make practical fixes- Perform light carpentry, appliance checks, and minor replacements- Document completed work and communicate status with the leasing office- Participate in infrequent emergency call-outs when neededRequired skills/qualifications:- Comfort with basic home repair and problem-solving- Some carpentry experience- Familiarity with household appliances and simple troubleshooting- Reliable attendance and a steady, safety-minded approachPay is $19.50/hour, Monday–Friday day shift.
