Maintenance Technician

Department:MaintenanceCompany:Institutional Casework Incorporated Union City, TNDescription:This position is responsible for all maintenance of plant equipment and facilities. To plan and execute a preventative maintenance schedule without interruption to production. Maintain plant equipment to provide the most efficient manufacturing production process. Maintain equipment to meet all safety, mechanical, electrical, and quality standards.Monitor equipment and facilities for any issues that may interfere with our production schedule.Attend meetings with Management to discuss maintenance issues, status, and timetable for repair.Proactively identify and implement continuous improvements that contribute to plant efficiency, safety, and reduce production expenses. Responsible for safe, clean, and hazard free working environment. Periodically travel to our other plants as needed.
