Are You the Technician Who Can Read the Ladder and Hear the Machine?
Do you trace faults from ladder logic to the motor leads without missing a beat? Can you stabilize a drifting hydraulic cylinder and fine-tune a combustion loop on an oven in the same week? If yes, we want to talk.
Your MissionSafeguard uptime across PLC-controlled production lines by blending controls expertise with mechanical know-how.
- Diagnose and repair automated, PLC-driven equipment to restore throughput quickly
- Edit and troubleshoot PLC programs (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, or similar)
- Perform comprehensive electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant machinery
- Leverage PLCs as the primary lens for troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
- Service and optimize complex hydraulic systems
- Support projects on industrial furnaces/ovens and internal combustion systems (preferred)
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
- Read and apply electrical schematics, blueprints, and ladder logic
- Uphold safety protocols and maintenance best practices
- Background as a PLC Technician, Maintenance Technician, or Industrial Electrician
- REQUIRED: proven PLC troubleshooting and editing experience
- Multi-craft capability across mechanical and electrical disciplines
- Direct experience with complex hydraulic systems
- Readiness to support any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd)
- Strong analytical and diagnostic approach
- Comfort in a fast-moving manufacturing environment
- Industrial furnace, oven, or combustion system experience
- Familiarity with Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, or other PLC platforms
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or heavy industry
- Knowledge of motors, drives, sensors, and control systems
