- Identify and document mis-calibrated, damaged, or out-of-specification equipment
- Report all nonconformances in accordance with the company ISO Quality Management Plan

- Develop and maintain equipment and process Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and performance specifications
- Identify and implement recommendations to improve efficiency, throughput, safety, and cost-effectiveness
- Read, interpret, and apply machine drawings and electrical panel layouts in day-to-day operations

- Assess and report on manufacturing throughput, bottlenecks, operational efficiency, and waste
- Communicate and coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and operations teams to resolve equipment and process issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting machine drawings and technical documentation
- Familiarity with ISO Quality Management Systems and regulated manufacturing compliance requirements
- Experience authoring or maintaining SOPs in a production environment
- Effective cross-functional communication skills; ability to coordinate with engineering, quality, and operations personnel and clearly convey equipment status, findings, and recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
- Vocational training, technical certification, or associate degree in a manufacturing, mechanical, or electrical discipline
- Experience commissioning new production or testing equipment
- Background in calibration management and metrology
- Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent)
- Ability to interpret PLC logic or basic automation schematics is a plus
