Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and supervise major repairs in residential and administrative facilities.
• Maintain the appearance of the facility and grounds, including cutting grass/shoveling snow.
• Identify and report safety hazards.
• Supervise and train personnel staff and residential technicians.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Journeyman, Electricians, Carpenters or General Contractors preferred.
• At least 2 years maintenance experience .
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must pass a LEIN background check.
