Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy assistant services under supervision, supporting the plan of care developed by the PT.
- Implement and monitor therapeutic interventions in outpatient and swing bed residents, with emphasis on ortho-focused activities.
- Facilitate rehab for stroke patients and support pediatric sports medicine-related exercises as appropriate.
- Assist with patient education, gait and transfer training, therapeutic exercises, and modalities as prescribed.
- Document patient progress, update treatment notes, and communicate outcomes to the supervising PT and care team.
- Ensure patient safety and proper equipment use; maintain a clean, organized treatment environment.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of PTA experience
- Ability to work in an outpatient and swing bed setting with an ortho emphasis, plus stroke rehab and pediatric sports medicine as part of the caseload
- Availability to work 36 hours per week, Mon–Thu 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Must be able to work in the listed location and comply with facility policies
