Crouch Staffing Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a local manufacturing company in Waco, TX!
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working with their hands, and keeping equipment and facilities running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical mindset, be comfortable working with tools and equipment, and have experience in industrial or facility maintenance.
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair facility equipment and machinery.
- Work with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Assist with plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and general building repairs.
- Perform basic welding, fabrication, carpentry, and facility maintenance as needed.
- Use hand tools, power tools, saws, drill presses, and other maintenance equipment.
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, sketches, and electrical schematics.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Follow company safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and environmental regulations.
- Keep basic maintenance records related to work orders, labor, and materials.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or facility setting preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read a tape measure and calipers.
- Comfortable working independently and staying on task.
- Dependable, safety-minded, and willing to jump in where needed.
- Bilingual candidates are a plus, but not required.
