Pay: $28.00-$45.00/hour (based on experience)

A well-established manufacturing company in Richmond, Indiana is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join its growing maintenance team. What You'll Do
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery.
  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
  • Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
  • Install, replace, and repair motors, conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, and other industrial equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Perform welding and fabrication as needed.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in accordance with company procedures.
  • Accurately document repairs and maintenance performed.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and industrial machinery.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Welding, fabrication, and PLC troubleshooting experience are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality.
