- Monday - Friday
- 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM
- Overtime as required
Our client in Monroe, WI is seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead for a 3rd shift opportunity. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, troubleshooting equipment issues, coordinating repairs, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, leadership experience, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Responsibilities - Lead and support maintenance team activities during the shift
- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
- Minimize downtime by responding quickly to maintenance requests
- Ensure maintenance work is completed safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Coordinate with production teams to support operational goals
- Assist with training and development of maintenance staff
- Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and preventative maintenance systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- $33.26 per hour
