We are looking for experienced trades professionals to join our team as a crew leader or crew member! You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water, Fire, Mold, Reconstruction jobs and more.

Position Summary
As a dependable Property Restoration Technician, you will perform hands-on restoration, reconstruction, repair, and remodeling work to restore residential and commercial properties. Every day brings different work and the opportunity to help customers rebound from damage.

What You’ll Own

• Perform assigned restoration, reconstruction, repair, and renovation work.
• Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, demolition, installation, and general construction tasks based on experience.
• Follow project scopes, safety procedures, and other processes.
• Protect customer property and maintain clean, organized job sites.
• Inspect your work and address quality concerns before considering a task complete.
• Communicate progress, material needs, additional damage, and field concerns promptly.
• Participate in emergency and after-hours response when scheduled.

Compensation

• $22.00 – $35.00 per hour, including incentives; crew leaders earn even more

What We Seek

• Experience in remodeling/restoration/construction/cleaning or other related trades
• Experience in effectively leading people is very desirable
• Experience serving commercial and residential properties 
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• High school diploma/GED
