Join us and be part of a company where your impact truly matters.What You'll Do as an Apartment Lead Maintenance Technician:Lead, train, and guide maintenance staff throughout daily operationsComplete and oversee service requests to ensure timely, high-quality resultsCoordinate and assist with make-readies, upgrades, and maintenance schedulesEnsure all work orders and unit turns are completed efficiently and accuratelyParticipate in the on-call rotation as scheduledMaintain organized inventory and ensure proper use of tools/equipmentSupport the Property Manager with various maintenance projects and initiativesUphold community standards for safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfactionWhat We're Looking for in the Apartment Lead Maintenance Technician:Minimum 2 Years Previous Experience as a Maintenance Technician in multifamily housing REQUIREDValid HVAC Certification REQUIREDValid Drivers License and reliable transportationStable work historyA personal set of basic hand toolsProven ability to coach, train, and lead service techniciansStrong organizational, troubleshooting, and time-management skillsWillingness to participate in on-call rotationBilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.Important: Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.Working Environment of the Apartment Lead Maintenance Technician:This role requires regular physical activity, including standing, walking, sitting, lifting, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and reaching. Team members must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.Most work occurs in an outdoor environment, with occasional off-site tasks as needed.
