Experienced Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable maintenance professional to join our team. In this role, you will help keep equipment, systems, and facilities operating safely and efficiently through preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and proactive problem-solving. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on building systems, machinery, and equipment
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general facility issues and recommend effective solutions
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and complete repairs safely and accurately
• Maintain tools, supplies, and maintenance records in an organized manner
• Support facility improvements, equipment installations, and upgrades as needed
• Ensure work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams when additional support is required

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, or a similar hands-on technical role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or general building systems
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and complete repairs with minimal supervision
• Good communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Comfort working with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
• Ability to read and follow manuals, work orders, and technical instructions
• Commitment to safe work practices and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with preventive maintenance programs or computerized maintenance systems
• Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or industrial equipment
• Technical certification, trade training, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience supporting multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
