Maintenance Planning & Maintenance Technician background required.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as the local Key User for SAP-PM and the OPRA system, ensuring top-notch usage and support.
- Create and maintain maintenance plans for our production equipment.
- Train and guide maintenance employees on SAP-PM and OPRA to boost efficiency.
- Generate insightful maintenance reports and coordinate planned maintenance activities.
- Lead your team in 5S activities and support safety through machine hazard analysis.
Who You Are:
- You hold an Associate's degree in industrial technology or have equivalent experience in plant maintenance (2 years).
- You possess strong communication skills and have a knack for problem-solving.
- Experience with electronic controls, PLC troubleshooting, hydraulics, and pneumatics is a plus!

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday with potential overtime and weekend work as needed.

- This position is based in Fort Wayne, IN. Candidates must be able to commute or relocate before starting.
