Snelling Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Pump Mechanic for a confidential industrial service company. This is a great opportunity for a skilled mechanic with recent hands-on pump repair experience looking for a stable, long-term career with excellent benefits.
Position Details
- Pay: $30.00-$40.00/hour DOE
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and test industrial pumps and rotating equipment
- Perform pump overhauls, preventative maintenance, and equipment repairs
- Replace bearings, seals, shafts, and other mechanical components
- Read technical drawings and repair documentation
- Complete quality repairs while following safety procedures
- Provide occasional field service support
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent hands-on experience repairing industrial pumps or rotating equipment
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Stable work history and proven reliability
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in industrial environments
Experience with centrifugal pumps, AODD pumps, mechanical seals, bearings, alignment, or industrial maintenance is a plus.
