Location: Fort Wayne, IN
Pay Range: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
Shifts Available:
Shifts Available:
- 2nd (3 PM - 11 PM)
- 3rd (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Swing (12-hour, 2-2-3 rotation)
Are you a problem-solver with a passion for machinery and technology? We're seeking a Skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll maintain, troubleshoot, and repair cutting-edge equipment, ensuring our operations run efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical and Electronic Troubleshooting: Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), wiring, and other components.
- Mechanical Maintenance: Conduct repairs on mechanical systems, including motors, conveyors, and pneumatic systems, using precision tools and equipment.
- Preventative Maintenance: Execute routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment longevity and reduce downtime.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth operation of motorized equipment, production machinery, and control systems while adhering to strict safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- 2+ years of experience in electrical troubleshooting and industrial maintenance, particularly with PLC systems.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and an ability to work from blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures and OSHA regulations.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and repetitive movements for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts.
