Maintenance Technician

One of our manufacturing clients is seeking a motivated and skilled **Maintenance Technician **to join their team in Waupaca, WI.

Pay Rate:$40/hr - 448/hr

Shift:12 hour day and night shift

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems

• Diagnose equipment failures and perform timely repairs to minimize production downtime

• Inspect, maintain, and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, and automated machinery

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, equipment manuals, and technical documentation

• Assist with equipment installations, machine upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Perform routine inspections to identify potential equipment issues before failures occur

• Complete maintenance work orders and maintain accurate documentation using CMMS software

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery and automated production equipment

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial automation systems

• Knowledge of VFDs, motor controls, sensors, and industrial electrical systems
