We are seeking skilled Welders/Fabricators to help build structural steel components for commercial and industrial projects. This hands-on role involves welding, fabricating, and assembling steel products while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.## Key Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Perform MIG welding on structural steel components
• Operate welding, grinding, and fabrication equipment
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
• Repair weld imperfections as needed
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition
• Follow all safety procedures and production requirements
• Work cooperatively with team members to meet project deadlines

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a weld test
• Welding or fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Safety-focused mindset

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds as needed
• Comfortable working around industrial equipment and in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with moderate to high noise levels
