Maintenance Technician

A growing manufacturer in Jefferson, Ohio is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support production equipment, improve reliability, and minimize downtime. This is a great opportunity for a mechanically inclined maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues.
• Maintain and repair CNC machinery, SMT equipment, and automated production systems.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and support production uptime.
• Assist with machine installations, upgrades, and equipment improvements.
• Complete maintenance documentation and track repairs.
• Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
• Experience with CNC machinery preferred.
• Experience with SMT equipment is a plus.
• Familiarity with PLCs, motors, sensors, drives, and automation systems preferred.
• Self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving abilities.
