Job Description

We’re hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician for our SW Houston client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

Job Title: Facilities Utility Technician
Location: SE Houston
Pay: $18-$25/hour
Hours: M-F, 7am-3:30pm with flexibility to work nights / weekends as needed
Duration: Temp to Hire
Description of Duties: Perform tasks such as changing air and water filters, service pumps and exhaust fans, change light bulbs, ducting, piping, plumbing work, repairing fixtures, etc.; Maintain inventory and create purchase requests as needed; File inspection documentation and maintenance records.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in building maintenance; Basic working knowledge of building control and automation systems; Ability to write routine reports; Ability to read blueprints; High School Diploma or GED; Journeyman Electrician license or HVAC license a plus; Chemical or Cleanroom experience a plus
