We're looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our restoration team. No experience is required—we'll provide the training you need to succeed. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and helping people recover after unexpected property damage, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

• Assist with water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration projects
• Remove damaged materials and clean affected areas
• Set up and monitor drying and restoration equipment
• Perform demolition and cleanup as needed
• Load, unload, and maintain tools and equipment
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members

What We're Looking For

• No prior restoration experience required—we train the right candidates
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor
• Comfortable working in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments
• Valid driver's license is preferred but not required
