SERVPRO® Team Carpenter is hiring motivated Fire & Water Restoration Technicians to join our expanding mitigation division. Whether you're an experienced technician or have transferable construction, demolition, or restoration experience, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As part of our mitigation team, you'll respond to residential and commercial property losses caused by water, fire, smoke, and mold. Responsibilities include:

• Water extraction and demolition
  
  
• Setting and monitoring drying equipment
  
  
• Containment setup and jobsite protection
  
  
• Cleaning and debris removal
  
  
• Daily documentation, photos, and equipment tracking
  
  
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  
  
• Providing professional customer service throughout the project
  
  

We're Looking For

• Restoration experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
  
  
• Construction, demolition, flooring, painting, or general labor experience is a plus.
  
  
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
  
  
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  
  
• Ability to work well independently and with a team.
  
  
• Professional communication with customers and coworkers.
  
  

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  
  
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
  
  
• Comfortable working on ladders, in crawlspaces, and in varying jobsite conditions.
  
  
• Ability to pass a background check.
  
  
• Availability for occasional after-hours or emergency response.
