Job Description:
People Plus is seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team. This hands-on role involves performing general maintenance and repair tasks across multiple property locations. Ideal candidates should be comfortable traveling locally and capable of working independently.
People Plus is seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team. This hands-on role involves performing general maintenance and repair tasks across multiple property locations. Ideal candidates should be comfortable traveling locally and capable of working independently.
Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain toilets and plumbing fixtures
- Replace or adjust window blinds
- Patch and repair minor wall damage (e.g., holes, scuffs)
- Repair or replace damaged flooring
- Complete other basic maintenance tasks as needed
- Travel between properties during work hours (transportation required)
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of general maintenance and repair tasks
- Ability to use common hand tools and repair materials
- Reliable transportation to travel between locations
- Punctual, dependable, and able to follow directions
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation:
- $13.00 per hour
