Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our client. This role is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, responding to equipment breakdowns, and ensuring production equipment operates safely and efficiently.

What’s a Typical Day Like?
- Perform highly diversified duties, install production machines and maintain high-speed assembly and manufacturing equipment
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs on equipment
- Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and write and complete work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust, handle preventative maintenance duties
- You will do other duties as assigned by your Supervisor
What Are the Requirements of the Job?
- High school diploma / GED
- 4+ years of experience troubleshooting injection molding tooling in a production environment
- 4+ years of experience repairing and maintaining plastic injection molding tooling
- Experience working with tooling that produces cosmetic automotive parts
- Preferably experience with CNC machining or programming using Mastercam
- Basic mold design knowledge
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
- Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
- Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
- Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Communication skills.
