Job Title: Part-Time Restoration Technician

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift between 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM (hours vary). Occasional Saturdays as needed.
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and motivated Part-Time Restoration Technicians to join our growing team. This position is primarily field-based and involves assisting customers during property damage restoration projects. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while providing excellent customer service during challenging situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Remove debris including dust, drywall, insulation, and construction materials from job sites
- Perform demolition work as directed by the Mitigation Lead and/or Manager
- Prepare work areas by staging equipment and setting up containment when required
- Follow project scopes and complete assigned mitigation tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding job progress and any onsite issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout each project
- Complete end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup to ensure worksites are left clean and orderly
- Adhere to all company safety policies and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
- Must be able to wear required PPE on all job sites
- Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous demolition, construction, restoration, or general labor experience
- Experience working with hand and power tools
- Knowledge of restoration or mitigation practices is a plus, but not required
