*** Must Interview IN PERSON - No Relocation Assistance ***
Job Duties:
- Change light bulbs
- Install basic fixtures
- Painting & Light Carpentry work
- Plumbing maintenance
- Replace toilet mechanisms
- Temporary repair of minor leaks
- General landscaping (common area curb appeal)
- Clean and wash pool area
- Monitor pool chemicals
- Maintain clean utility closets and maintenance areas
- Clean exercise room and equipment daily
- Trash removal
- Review maintenance logs
- Assist with other jobs as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of related maintenance experience
- Knowledge and skills of plumbing, electrical and general maintenance
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Must have CPO Certification - provides individuals with the knowledge, techniques, and skills required for proper pool operations.
Starting Pay: $29 per hour
Type of Position: Full-time temp to hire
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
On call 24/7 as needed to assist management for emergencies
* Schedule may change from time to time based on the needs of the property*
Job Site: Hawaii Kai area
