About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (Full Time) to join our interdisciplinary care team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their maximum potential by identifying and addressing their unique needs and abilities. Your expertise will enable our residents to maintain their independence, regain function, and improve their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the functional abilities of our residents

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the physical, cognitive, and emotional needs of our residents

• Provide occupational therapy intervention to improve mobility, strength, range of motion, and overall function

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident progress and treatment plans

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident goals and outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)

• Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of New Jersey

• Minimum of 0 years of experience in occupational therapy (with a willingness to learn and grow)
