As a Maintenance Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, supporting our dedicated team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional care to our residents.

About the Maintenance Worker Role:

As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient environment for our residents and staff. This includes, but is not limited to, completing routine maintenance tasks, performing repairs and maintenance on equipment and facilities, and supporting the facility's daily operations.

Maintenance Worker Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to performing minor repairs and maintenance on equipment and fixtures
• Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the facility's physical plant, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Support the daily operations of the facility by performing tasks as needed, such as restocking supplies and materials, and assisting with special events and projects
• Collaborate with other members of the facility's maintenance team to ensure effective communication and efficient workflow
• Maintain accurate records and reports of maintenance activities and completed work

Maintenance Worker Requirements:

• Prior experience in a related field preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required
