CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care as part of our interdisciplinary team, under the supervision of licensed nurses and other healthcare professionals

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team

• Maintain patient records and documentation in accordance with facility policies

• Participate in patient care conferences and other interdisciplinary team meetings

• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
