Radiology Tech- Weekend Shift

Holdenville General Hospital is seeking a dedicated and professional Radiology Technologist to join our team for weekend coverage. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate healthcare professional who provides high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This position plays a key role in supporting our hospital's mission to deliver exceptional care to our community.Responsibilities:Perform diagnostic imaging procedures (including X-rays, CT scans, and other studies as applicable) according to physician orders and departmental protocols.Ensure patient safety and comfort while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.Operate and maintain imaging equipment in accordance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.Accurately document and transmit images to the radiologist for interpretation.Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to support timely diagnosis and treatment.Participate in on-call rotation as needed to support 24/7 radiology services.Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.Current ARRT certification (R) required.BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.Experience in a hospital setting preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions in a small-hospital environment.
