We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs), with the intent to train if needed, to provide quality, one-on-one care to clients throughout the Emerald Coast. Caregivers who meet all required qualifications can start at $18/hour. Training guidance is available for those who need assistance completing requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Depending on each client's individual care plan, caregivers may assist with:

• Personal care and daily living activities
• Bathing, grooming, and hygiene
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Companionship and conversation
• Medication reminders
• Walking and mobility assistance/ Transfers and positioning
• Respite care
• Running errands
• And other duties outlined in the client's care plan

Qualified applicants should have:

• A current CNA license or HHA certification
• Valid CPR certification with in-person instruction
• Required CNA/HHA coursework completed (we can provide a list of requirements)
• Eligibility for a Level 2 Background Check
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• A compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered attitude
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to work independently while also being part of a team
