CNA / PCA Caregiver

Duties

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

• Prepare meals, provide medication reminders, and assist with feeding as needed.

• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks to maintain a safe, clean environment.

• Provide companionship and emotional support while engaging clients in meaningful activities.

• Observe and report changes in the client's condition and document care accurately using the mobile app.

• Follow each client's care plan while maintaining professionalism, reliability, and excellent communication with clients, families, and the office.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license (Georgia) or PCA experience/training preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience (home care, assisted living, nursing home, or hospital preferred).

• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before starting).

• Negative TB test within the last 12 months (or willingness to complete one).

• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance (preferred for client transportation).

• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely using equipment such as gait belts, Hoyer lifts, and transfer boards (training provided if needed).

• Excellent communication, compassion, patience, and professionalism.

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
