Title: Electrical Controls Engineer
Location: Roseville, IL (Flexible Hybrid Schedule)
Salary: $100,000–$125,000 per year
Hire Type: Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities:

Assist and oversee the manufacturing of control panels
Design & create electrical schematics for UL and CE listed industrial control panels using SolidWorks electrical design software
Testing PLC and OIT programs
Create new electrical parts and numbers and descriptions in ERP system
Troubleshooting of machinery operations and control circuits
Create PLC and HMI programs using Rockwell software - Studio 5000, RSLogix 5000, FactoryTalk View, RSView, RSLogix 500
Modify program/system logic involving multiple systems subsystems
Electrical project management work directly with project PM or with customers

Qualifications:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent professional experience
Must have 3+ years of experience in industrial controls and systems integration with a strong focus on software design and programming
Must have electrical design software experience (SolidWorks Electrical or other)
Must have experience with Rockwell platforms and PLC programming
Networking experience like Ethernet/IP, ControlNet or DeviceNet
Must be able to do occasional client site travel
