Be the problem-solver behind the scenes who keeps our operation running, improves how work gets done, and helps build the future of manufacturing.


What You'll Do
  • Keep our facility running at its best by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment, buildings, and grounds.
  • Diagnose complex equipment issues and collaborate with OEM vendors and technical partners to quickly identify and resolve problems.
  • Drive continuous improvement by recommending and implementing equipment and process enhancements that improve safety, quality, productivity, and reliability.
  • Fabricate and modify machine components, guards, structures, and specialized equipment to support manufacturing operations.
  • Operate a variety of machining, welding, fabrication, and maintenance equipment with skill and precision.
  • Partner with engineers and project managers to support equipment upgrades, special projects, and innovative solutions.
  • Continuously expand your technical expertise through hands-on training on new and existing equipment technologies.
  • Contribute to a safe, team-oriented culture through effective communication, adherence to safety standards, and a commitment to operational excellence.
What You'll Bring
  • Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or a related field; or 5-7 years of experience maintaining industrial equipment, including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, controls, and robotic systems.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing equipment and automation within a sheet metal fabrication and/or paint operation is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose complex equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Working knowledge of applicable industrial maintenance codes, regulations, and safety practices, including OSHA, Arc Flash, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, equipment manuals, and machine specifications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer systems used in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external vendors.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to successfully pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain certifications required to operate maintenance and material-handling equipment, including forklifts, overhead cranes, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other equipment as needed.
  • Flexibility to balance planned project work with the day-to-day maintenance needs of a dynamic manufacturing operation.
